REASON

This document is intended to notify all actors, crew members, and anyone who has worked on, volunteered for, or was present during the Horsepower Pilot Presentation.

Please be advised that we take the protection of our intellectual property very seriously. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

LEGAL

We are writing to inform ALL PARTIES that the unauthorized posting of any materials (related to Horsepower or any of its productions) on any digital or non-digital platform owned by Holly Lake Films and/or Horsepower TV LLC (EIN Registered Number: #############) is strictly prohibited.

These statements and letter serve (All Parties) as a formal notice that no individual or entity is authorized to post any material (including but not limited to images, videos, content, spoilers, posters, stills, BTS footage, personal footage) on any platforms that are owned by Holly Lake Films or Horsepower TV LLC without explicit, written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, social media platforms, websites, forums, and any other online or offline venues.

All “content” or branded material associated with Holly Lake Films and Horsepower TV LLC is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized posting, sharing, or distribution of any material will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights and will result in immediate legal action against the infringing party. This includes but is not limited to images, videos, text content, spoilers, posters, stills, BTS footage, personal footage, personal images, etc. 

VIDEO 

No videos are to be posted on any platform. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Vimeo, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, and all other digital and non-digital spaces.

All video cuts, drafts, unedited videos, personal videos, behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos, spoiler videos, etc., that are in anyone’s possession other than the DP and LLC, must be destroyed immediately and removed from devices.

No posting of any type of video material or clips is permitted, other than what is sent by Holly Lake Films and Horsepower TV, LLC. The only video allowed to be shown will be the trailer, which will be sent when completed.

IMAGES

No images are to be posted on any platform. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Vimeo, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, and all other digital and non-digital spaces.

All images, whether edited, unedited, personal, behind-the-scenes (BTS), spoiler images, etc., that are in anyone’s possession other than the DP, photographer, and LLC, must be destroyed immediately and removed from devices.

No posting of any type of image or branded material is permitted, other than what is sent by Holly Lake Films and/or Horsepower TV, LLC. The only images allowed to be shown will be the poster and marketing material, which will be sent when completed.

WEBSITE 

No material from our website is to be copied or posted on any personal platform or other website unless explicitly instructed by Holly Lake Films or Horsepower TV, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, images, website text, branding, logos, screenshots, videos, behind-the-scenes (BTS) images, bios, files, company information, and BTS videos.

No user is permitted to use the website or its content (images, text, logos, BTS, videos, etc.) to steal, borrow, or take ideas, concepts, or work regarding Horsepower TV, LLC. Downloading, transferring files, hacking, and pirating any type of media, text, audio clips, spoilers, taglines, etc., that are copyrighted and trademark-protected, will be counted as criminal offenses.

CONCLUSION 

Any content that is posted must be sent with permission by/from Holly Lake Films. That content and that content only is what will be allowed to be shared on any and all types of platforms. Each piece of creative material that’s sent will include  a security seal associated with it. This seal will ensure  that everyone sees the specific piece of content is registered and copyrighted by Holly Lake Films and Horsepower TV, LLC. This includes and is not limited to posters, images, spoilers, bios, videos, taglines, files, clips, trailers, logos, branded material, etc.)
